Kenneth M. Wallace

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wallace joined Ionatron in early 2006 with 20 years of broad experience in operations, accounting, financial reporting, planning, strategy and corporate development; gained from his experience in management positions at rapidly changing companies. He has significant working knowledge of financial processes and controls, systems, strategy, accounting, process improvement and investor relations. For greater than ten years, Mr. Wallace has served as an integral part of company leadership holding Chief Financial Officer and/or Chief Operating Officer Positions at both public and private technology-based manufacturing companies. These companies develop advanced industry-changing scientific technologies, create leading commercial hardware and software products, and deliver innovative consumer electronics products to government and industry customers around the world. He has specific operational and leadership experience in the areas of medical automation, electronics, optics and polarization, lasers, high voltage and technology innovation. Prior to joining the technology sector, Mr. Wallace was employed in senior financial reporting, accounting and operational positions in the consumer products and retail sector. Mr. Wallace holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Business Finance from Pepperdine University.
