Applied Energetics’ facilities include an instrumented, enclosed indoor laser test range that can be configured for ranges up to 90 feet. If necessary, an ad-hoc range can be configured for extended distances. Multiple clean rooms are available for construction and testing of prototype laser system components and complete laser systems. A high voltage test chamber is onsite capable of diagnostics and calibration of discharges up to 1 megavolt.

Military Laser Group
Applied Energetics’ Military Laser Group is housed in an 11,000 square-foot facility, staffed by a team of individuals with significant experience with laser system architectures, and the designs and techniques used in the development and manufacture of military and aerospace lasers.  This facility includes a newly equipped 2,000 square-foot Class 1,000/10,000 clean room designed specifically for the development, integration and testing of high performance solid state lasers.
